UF prepares zombie plan for 'life impaired individuals'

A UF E-Learning guide to zombie invasion was posted among other plans for disasters by an employee. The document, meant as a joke, was removed Thursday evening after receiving national attention.

The document details a UF response plan for an on-campus outbreak of "zombie behavior spectrum disorder," including creating a UF police response team.

Signs of an impending invasion include "identification of difficult to kill, flesh-eating perpetrators" and "documentation of lots of strange moaning."

Several sections poke fun at the office environment, including one note that the zombie symptoms may include "lack of rational thought" that could lead employees to confuse zombies with managers.

Readers are encouraged to watch zombie preparedness documentaries, such as George Romero's "Dead" series, along with "Shawn of the Dead" as a guide to dating during an outbreak.
